At Bad & Boujee Beauty, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase; if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cosmetics and skincare items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Products
Securely place the unused items in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
